About Laughter Aspirations

Laughter Aspirations is run by Keith Adams - that's me far right leading a laughter workshop for Liverpool Mutual Homes at the BT Convention Centre - there's nothing better than a good belly laugh!

I have been laughing with a wide range of business, public and charitable organisations since 2008. There is no doubt in my mind that the benefits of a laughter workshop for the mind, spirit and body are enormous.

Trained by the UK Laughter Network, my background is in training and coaching voluntary organisations, social enterprises and small-to-medium businesses. I Chair Carlisle Carers Association and am a Board Member of the Carlisle and District Credit Union.

My interest in laughter began when I joined a laughter workshop at a Princess Royal Trust for Carers conference in Blackpool. I was hooked. It was a joy to watch carers shed their worries and inhibitions with laughter.

My qualifications include:

* A Diploma in Training Management.

* A Diploma in Life Coaching.

* The UK Laughter Network Certificate in Laughter Facilitation.

* The UK Laughter Network's Advanced Laughter Certificate.

* A BA(Hons) Degree in Voluntary Sector Studies.

I am an Associate Member of the UK Laughter Network, a Member of the Cumbria Coaching Network and a Member of Change Camp.
